JLC Custom HIR, Inc. has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead-based paint abatement and/or renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89

With, now, more than 26 years of experience in contract business and accounting, Christina began to build JLC in 2006. In a very short time she enlisted the help of her, then partner, Jose. Together they have grown JLC into a trustworthy and ethical business that joins their vast knowledge to your advantage. Every aspect of the business office side of your project is personally handled by Christina. From contract payments, waivers, bonds, insurances, subcontractor payments and all aspects of project compliance. Rest assured you are covered. From start to finish you can expect a corporate touch with a hometown feel.

Jose L Casillas

Director of Residential Project Management

Jose began in the construction and building industry at the age of 16. Since then, his vision has taken him from the "mud" to the stars. His design advise has been referred to as exquisite and his building and finishing ethic is beyond that. He is driven to give every client an exemplary and refined experience. He is a strong person who can make great things happen with the leadership skills to motivate and the management and planning skills to keep your subcontractors happy and working efficiently and effectively.
